Wedding on the Water Fashion

So I have a little confession to make…back in May when I shared my first fashion post I was pretty nervous. As I mentioned then, I enjoy being behind the camera. So to step into the spotlight and have pictures taken of me posing…awkward!

{Like definitely drinking a cocktail beforehand awkward.}

But, I survived and had much more fun with it then I thought {and that’s not just because of the cocktail!}. Plus, it really seemed to be a hit with you all…so thank you for the support and easing my nerves 😉 “Posing” for the camera is still super awkward, but I’m starting to get the hang of it.

Anyways, on to the fashion!

Last month I went to a wedding, but not just any wedding…a wedding on a boat. Here in Indiana it’s sort of a rare occurrence to attend a wedding on a boat, so I needed to find the appropriate attire for the occasion…

…and for me that was a simple black romper.

Rompers. Are. Awesome.

You can dress them up, or down and it was the perfect thing to wear on a boat. The last thing you want to worry about is the wind catching a dress or skirt…not gonna be a problem with the romper!

I dressed up the romper with a tassel statement necklace…

Simple yet sophisticated!

And definitely an outfit you could wear for a night out {not just if you are attending a wedding on a boat} 😉

Have a good day!

    I told you then, and I’ll tell you now that I think you’re a total natural in front of the camera…It seems like such a good fit for you. 😉 You look fantastic, and I’m always interested in reading about what people wear and how to wear it. xo
