In my opinion one of the best things about summer is all of the fruity cocktails.
I love margaritas, strawberry daiquiris and of course a good sangria!
My BFF makes one of the best sangria recipes I’ve ever had, so today {with her permission} I thought I’d share it with you…
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of white wine {Depending on my mood I like to use Moscato or Pinot Grigio}
- 1 cup of Peach Schnapps
- 1/2 cup of Club Soda
- 1/2 cup of thawed frozen lemonade concentrate
- 2-3 peaches sliced
- 1 1/2 cup of grapes sliced
- Sliced lemon {optional}
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients together in a pitcher.
- Chill covered for 2-3 hours.
- Stir and serve over ice.
This summer sangria recipe is so light and refreshing!
And it’s a great way to use up some leftover fruit before it goes bad 😉
Cheers to cocktails and summertime!
