Transitioning to Fall Style

This year I would be lying if I said I was ready for Fall…and here’s my reasoning behind it:

One: It rained a lot at the beginning of summer leaving us with less days to actually enjoy the nice weather.

Two:  I haven’t had a chance to wear all of my summer clothes yet.

Three: The longer we push out summer the longer fall we will have…right!?

Makes perfect sense to me 😉

But it is time to slowly start weeding out some of my brightly-colored summer clothing and transitioning over to a few fall pieces as we get closer to Labor Day weekend {aka when fall officially begins for me}.

6 Brilliant Moving Tips

In case you haven’t noticed it’s been a little quiet around here lately. My apologizes! I have been spending a lot of time preparing for my next big lifestyle change…moving out of the Purple Palace.

It’s definitely going to be a bittersweet change, but I will talk more about all of that soon. Today I’d like to spend some time talking moving. Nobody likes to move {myself included}, but when you search Pinterest for some inspirational moving tips I think it makes moving seem a little more exciting.

Well…maybe exciting isn’t the best word to use. It helps make your move a little more organized. Here are some of the brilliant moving tips I ran across and fully intend on using when I start packing…

July Faves

July was such a nice, long relaxing month. I hate to see it go, but am looking forward to the last full month of summer {another super long one} before fall begins.
