I remember wearing a lot of ruffles in the 90’s. I used to find really cute things at Kids-R-Us back in the day, and when I saw this ruffled top at H&M recently I couldn’t help but feel nostalgic about some of my favorite pieces in my childhood wardrobe! Ruffles are a pretty big statement piece all on their own, so I don’t think you need to go wild and have them compete with anything crazy. I personally am a fan of the less is more look and like to pair them with a basic bottom, a fun belt and a pop of color for the shoes. This way the ruffles are still the star of the show!
