Cooking is definitely not one of my favorite things to do, but sometimes it’s required when you are attending a holiday party. You can’t show up empty handed, and over the years I’ve found an easy appetizer that only requires about three steps {plus it’s always a hit!}. What’s my easy go-to holiday party recipe? Pigs in a Blanket! Although, I do like to add a few simple extra touches that make them a little fancier.
Serving Tray {similar; also love this one for the holidays; and this one for under $20! | Flannel Shirt {similar; fits TTS; my absolute favorite flannels!} | Fur Vest {I sized down; also comes in navy; under $40!}

I purchase two packages of cocktail sausages and two packages of crescent rolls {follow the baking instructions listed on the crescent roll packaging}. This easily makes a full tray, and plenty for your party. I usually add poppy seeds to about half of them for flavor, and add a small piece of colby cheese when rolling them up. Once they have cooled I place them on a pretty tray {this one is also cute for the holidays!}, and then add an olive to half of them and a party pick. I like to place a small jar of honey mustard on the tray too.
Super easy, and also perfect for any non-cooks like me. You also are almost guaranteed to leave with an empty tray too – even better!
