When it comes to Saturdays and Sundays during the summer I shoot for a super casual look for my weekend wear. Cotton dresses {like this one} are a must, and they look great with my favorite throwback Adidas sandals {which run big so size down}. In case you forgot, these sandals were a hit in the late 90’s, and have made a huge comeback this summer and fall. I loved them then, and I love them even more now! They are just as comfortable as I remember, and once again prove my theory that you should never get rid of your favorite pieces of clothing and accessories…because they always come back in style at some point.

It’s always a good idea to bring along a denim jacket, especially if you tend to get super cold like me. Backpacks purses {like this one – which is definitely more burgundy in person} are another fun throwback trend that I love once again too. They are stylish yet practical because you can fit so many things in them. Perfect to wear out on the weekends while you run errands.
