Wow…January went by really fast! And I’m sad to report that we hardly got any snow in Indiana. I’m hoping for at least one good snow fall this winter. Maybe we’ll get it in February. Fingers crossed! Snow talk aside let’s move on to my recap of the first month of 2016….

The Bachelor’s 20th season started!
Ben is a fellow Hoosier, graduated from IU and grew up about 45 minutes away from me. I think he’s great! Probably a little to young to get married…but what do I know. Of course I’ll still obsessively watch his journey to find love unfold.
The highlight of my month {and probably one of my faves of the year} would have to be seeing Coach Bob Knight again.
It’s safe to say I’m a super fan.
Always have been, always will be.
{Seriously, I can’t remember the last time I smiled so big!}
Such a great guy and true basketball icon.
I love being able to share this experience with my dad! Yes, we already have pictures with Coach Knight and plenty of pieces of memorabilia with his autograph, but talking and laughing with him for a few moments is priceless.
