This month it finally warmed up a bit {yet still snowed and was cold too…the joys of living in Indiana}. And like I promised last month I got out of the house a bit more…yay!
Even though the weather forecast calls for snow this week in Indiana we all know spring officially started on Friday {hello Mother Nature can we get up to speed please?!}. So what better way to kick off the start of a new season than with some DIY spring wreath ideas!
I mean maybe if we all get inspired and start to spread some spring vibes at our front door it will keep the colder temperatures {and snow} away for good!
When you live in Indiana {and have grown up with a basketball obsession} March Madness is kinda a big deal. Now…I know this isn’t a sports blog in any sense of the word, but when it comes to basketball, tournaments and the month of March I can’t help but get roped into all the excitement…or should I say madness 🙂
You may or may not have heard that my beloved Indiana Hoosiers made it to the big dance this year. Thank goodness! So, in honor of their game today {at 2:45PM EST to be exact} I find it only fitting to dedicate today’s post to my favorite basketball team, and share a little bit more about the IU basketball experience.
A few weeks ago I talked about having braces, how I developed a slight teeth obsession and my latest beauty project…whitening my teeth. Fun, girly and completely personal stuff 🙂
For this project I am partnering with Smile Brilliant, and last time showed you how I created my custom-fitted teeth whitening trays. Today I wanted to give you a little update on my teeth whitening treatments…and breakdown the process a bit further for those of you that may be thinking about giving this a try yourself {which I’d highly recommend ;)}
I’m so excited to be participating in another fun giveaway with the fabulous contributors from My Crafty Spot and My Cooking Spot! It’s almost spring time and we know you have tons of things on your list to decorate your home, stock your pantry, etc! So we are giving away a $130 gift card to one lucky reader as a thank you for your loyal support of our blogs! (more…)
So as you know my sister, Kelli has been busy brainstorming ideas, and putting a budget together for her wedding. Even though she won’t be getting married until 2016, it’s never too early to start covering your bases…and she is just a really organized planner!
One of the many things she has started looking into are save the date cards. And I can tell you…there are lots of pretty options out there! We {because I get to help plan, remember!?} found some gorgeous save the dates on Shutterfly, and the kind folks there sent me a few samples of their collection to share with you today.
