Happy Wednesday!

Have you ever been out browsing and find something really cool? Something you never knew you were looking for…and then all the sudden you see it and get REALLY excited!?

This happens to me more than I’d like to admit 🙂 And apparently it doesn’t take much for me to get excited either.

While browsing around Goodwill last weekend I found this amazing clam shell…and got a little excited!

I am in the process of adding a few simple Summer decor pieces here and there in the Purple Palace. I knew this would be the perfect little addition…and it was only $2 – can’t beat that!

The clam shell (in it’s original state) screams 1990’s bathroom decor to me. Don’t you agree?

I’m sure it has served it’s purpose being that color, but it wasn’t going to work for me.

Enter Rust-Oleum Seaside Gloss spray paint 🙂

I have been obsessed with this color ever since I spray painted my patio chairs.

So just like any other DIY-er I spray painted my new fabulous find.

And my trusted Rust-Oleum Seaside Gloss didn’t disappoint…I LOVE my new clam shell!

It’s the perfect addition to my new Summer decor!
