I’m super excited that it is Kentucky Derby week! Not because I am a huge fan of the race, or have a clue about what is going on…but because I’m having a Kentucky Derby Party!!
Danielle took two of the traditional Kentucky Derby recipes and made them low-cal to help us enjoy this Saturday’s race festivities a little more.
These mini pies are delicious! They taste just like any real pecan pie I have ever had. And I love that they are bite-sized!
You can’t have a Kentucky Derby Party without serving the signature drink of the event! Very quick and easy for anyone to make at your party.
I can’t wait to share these recipes with my guests on Saturday!
Later this week I’ll be showing a few of my Kentucky Derby Party decorating ideas, and how I made my hat…stay tuned.
Who is excited for the race on Saturday!?
Happy Monday!
