This year I have completely embraced the beachy/nautical theme. Even though I live in Indiana… beside a cornfield. One can dream, right?

You have already gotten a glimpse of a few of my summer-themed projects. And you know I’m a fan of color 🙂  So now I’m thrilled to show you how everything came together!

Welcome to the Purple Palace Summer Home Tour!

What says “welcome to my home” better in the summer time than a beachy-themed wreath?

This year I created my own envelope throw pillow covers. I just love the summery vibe they bring to my sofa!

I used some of the leftover pillow fabric to create these summer-themed silhouettes.

And this little clam shell is probably going to go down in the history books as one of my all time favorite Goodwill purchases. I can’t get enough of it!

Just a few touches of bright color, and sea-themed decor to spruce up the mantle for Summer!

A little turquoise and purple to help make the dining room table Summer ready.

I also really, really love this cute fish! Who wouldn’t fall in love with a cute pink fish!?

A simple touch of Summer for the kitchen…

Now onto the patio…

I had the best time updating my patio furniture this year!

And to think the inspiration for this make-over came from a similar chair that I saw at Target.
