St. Patrick’s Day Recipes

Bikini Bites St. Patrick's Day Meal

I have to admit…I am not the best cook. I don’t mind cooking, but it takes too long and I have a hard time following directions for some reason.  I once attempted to make French Toast and instead of putting a ½ teaspoon (or whatever small amount of salt it called for) I used a cup. Whoops! I’m sure we’ve all done this at some point, right!? I guess you could say I’m still learning.

Luckily, one of my besties, Danielle, is a great cook! And she likes to keep things healthy and simple when she does it. Since I tend to struggle, and she doesn’t we decided to do a collaboration of recipes for my blog.

Since St. Patrick’s Day is on Monday Danielle whipped up some fun recipes you could make for a party, or just have to celebrate the holiday yourself!Bikini Bites St. Patrick's Day ShakeShamrock Shake It This Way Shake Recipe

Bikini Bites Getting Lucky Tonight MartiniBikini Bites Getting Lucky Tonight MartiniLet me tell you…these recipes are GREAT! The shake is so light and tasty! Shepherd’s Pie has never really appealed to me before, but this was probably one of my favs…and I HATE onions! You couldn’t even taste them, and the pureed cauliflower really tasted like potatoes. Seriously. The cupcakes not only look cute, but they taste heavenly too! And the martini….fantastic! Danielle really knows what she’s doing! Everything was so easy too. I could probably manage to make these recipes myself…without messing anything up!  :)

Which recipe (or recipes) do you think you’ll make in honor of St. Patrick’s Day?

Have a great weekend!
